Why isn't my favorite restaurant on the list?
A restaurant has to create a partnership with Fetchers. It's possible that we haven't contacted the restaurant or they may not see the value in offering delivery service. Tell the restaurant manager or owner you want them to offer delivery service through Fetchers.

Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum amount is $15 in food. Delivery charges and tax do NOT apply toward the minimum.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Personal checks and cash are NOT accepted. Please see the Hours & Fees page for more information.

Should I tip the delivery person?
While the delivery charge goes to the company, your gratuity goes directly to your Driver. It is customary to tip between 10% and 20%.

Can I order from more than one restaurant?
Sure! You may order from as many restaurants as you like. A minimum order amount and delivery fee will apply to each restaurant. Food ordered from multiple restaurants will likely arrive at different times.

How Long Does It Take For Delivery?
Although our deliveries average about 40 minutes, plan on them taking at least 60 due to unforseen circumstances. Occasionally, an order may take longer due to a variety of reasons, such as larger orders, an unusually busy restaurant kitchen, and traffic or road conditions.

What areas are serviced by Fetchers?
We currently serve Woodbury, Oakdale, Maplewood and parts of the neighboring cities. Additional locations are coming soon. If you'd like us to service your area please let us know.

Do you take reservations?
Not at this time.

Do you provide eating utensils?
These are provided by the restaurants and are usually free of charge.

Can an order be cancelled or changed?
Once the order is placed, there are no cancellations or changes. Additions can be made by placing a new order.
